We offer a collection process that allows you to pick up and drop off your equipment from our undercover car park loading area at prearranged times.

Collection

All bookings must be processed online - walk in bookings are not accepted.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a collection time. At the arrange time, you can arrive at the car park and locate our loading dock where your equipment will be available for collection. Our team will ensure that the equipment is prepared and ready for you to pick up. If you have any question or require assistance, staff will be available to provide assistance.

Return

At the end of the rental period, please return your equipment to the same location at the pre-arranged return time. Our team will be available to receive the equipment, conduct a quick check for any damages, and confirm return, triggering the refund of the bond to your account.
